Southern Gold Coast, Queensland

Cornerstone Company has built two buildings on the southern Gold Coast, both concerned with where the light falls and what happens underneath it. It has taken years between them, which is entirely on purpose.


Project 01

The Warehouses

The Warehouses turned an industrial site in Currumbin Waters into a work and hospitality hub, 2,200 square metres of it, completed in 2023. Meet. Work. Create. Community.

Cornerstone Stores

Cornerstone Stores is a boutique mixed use retail precinct in Tugun, opposite Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, completed in 2018. Red brick and concrete around a central courtyard with a feature Pandanus palm, roof gardens above, and around twelve independent tenants below.
