The Warehouses

An industrial site on Currumbin Creek Road, reworked into a commercial hub for work, hospitality and community. Completed in 2023.

Cornerstone Stores

A boutique mixed use retail precinct opposite Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Red brick and concrete, a central courtyard around a feature Pandanus palm, and roof gardens above around twelve independent tenants. Completed in 2018.
