We build rarely, and only when we can do it properly. Two buildings on the southern Gold Coast are the result, and we are in no hurry to add a third.

The Warehouses

Currumbin Waters, Queensland. Completed 2023.

An industrial site on Currumbin Creek Road, adapted into a shared work and hospitality hub around a central atrium of white steel trusses and a single tree fern. It opened in 2023, and in 2024 received the National Award for Commercial Architecture, the Australian Institute of Architects' top honour in the category.

Cornerstone Stores

Tugun, Queensland. Completed 2018.

A boutique retail precinct on the Gold Coast Highway in Tugun, opposite the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Red brick and concrete are arranged around a central courtyard and a feature Pandanus palm, with roof gardens above around twelve independent tenants.
